Our tier one support representatives are trained on all of our products and are very good at address IT or computer issues. If the problem can’t be addressed here or is more technical it will be excalated to our tier 2 support. Our tier 2 support will be provided by specialists in controls networks, open systems and manufacturer specific software tools. If our tier 2 specialist can’t address your problem immediately they will get back to you with an answer as soon as they can. If in the unlikely chance our controls specialist can’t answer your question you will be contacted directly by Voyants engineers or the specific product manufacturer.
